This will includeoperational activities such as pit and/or plant production (processingplant), plant maintenance, and mobile equipment at Riverbend Sand andGravel. Responsible for demonstrating and leading our safety culture,training and development of team, scheduling, performance management,and effective leadership of hourly workforce. Successfully implement thecompany's safety and environmental processes. Successfully lead and manageto established production, safety, and environmental objectives andmetrics. Assist in the development of the annual budget and productionplanning. Other duties as assigned.
