Joinour team of professionals dedicated to the development and commercializationof nucleic acid therapeutics for life-changing, life-saving medicines.Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Material Coordinator (2ndShift) include the following:Assembles materials needed for a production operation as specified from theBill of Materials (BOM).Stages and transfers the materials needed for a production operation from thewarehouse to manufacturing in accordance to the production schedule.Responsible to work directly with sourcing, material planning andmanufacturing personnel to ensure the necessary materials and quantities aretransferred and available for production operations.Reconciles materials following production operations. Electronically andphysically ensures remaining materials are returned from manufacturing towarehouse storage locations.Maintains inventory control by ensuring that all material movements(warehouse to manufacturing, manufacturing to warehouse, etc.) areproperly reflected in SAP.Maintains inventory accuracy by ensuring material used in manufacturing isaccurately reflected in SAP. Reconciles inventory discrepancies between thephysical stock and SAP.Safeguard inventory levels by notifying planning, logistic and procurementpersonnel when materials are observed to be near or below the minimum stocklevel.Performs general departmental duties such as conducting inventory counts,removing expired materials from manufacturing, maintaining inventory levelsand other general inventory tasks.SHIFT HOURS: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm. Must be available to trainon 1st shift 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday if needed for first 30 days.Option to Work RemoteNoScheduleFull-timeSecondary LocationsJob TypeExperiencedShiftSwing ShiftQualificationsBachelor's degree3 +years of related experience and/or training in cGMP regulated facilityin the biotech, pharmaceutical or chemical industry; or the equivalentcombination of education and experience.Experience working in fine chemicals or pharmaceutical manufacturingProficient with Microsoft Office software and Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) management systems (i.e. SAP).Knowledge and adherence to cGMP and international regulations (i.e. ICHQ7) pertaining to the production of APIs. Ability to consistently followStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and site policies.Ability to read and understand the material information specified anddocumented in batch records and solution preparation forms.Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack and other powered material...
