Adolfson & Peterson Construction Warehouse Technician with CDL in Aurora, Colorado

This position will provide materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services.

Key Accountabilities of the role include:

  • Manage machine maintenance and equipment procurement processes

  • Perform periodic maintenance on medium and large equipment

  • Clean, repair and service all equipment that returns to warehouse for future work

  • Maintain, repair and renovate office trailers as required

  • Inspect equipment and issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacements

  • Pick up and delivery of equipment and materials using vehicles with a 10,001+ GVW rating

  • Provide timely support to jobsite needs

  • Work with jobsites to provide shelter needs and supplies including, weather protection materials and heating/cooling units

  • Work with local oil and liquid disposal service companies to dispose of used oil and liquids

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • History of experience and proven results including:

  • Class A CDL and 2+ years of experience operating vehicles of 10,001+ GVW rating

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management programs

  • Ability to be on call on a field emergency needs

  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards

  • Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work

  • Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) to effectively communicate with diverse audiences

  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under time constraints; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build successful and lasting relationships

  • This position is a safety sensitive position and is subject to random drug testing
