work depends on an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) CLIN Manager joining our team to support our government client’s activities in their locations.

manages the responsibilities of the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects.
The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) CLIN Manager, is responsible for the management and oversite of OEM Vendor Management (OVM) team, customer support, operations and administration to meet program and government requirements. Manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations. Daily activities include and are not limited to, performing a mixture of customer and vendor relationship management, financial & data analysis, supply chain management, spare equipment management, supporting contract deliverables, procurement, finance, and property management functions for the program.
Functions include and are not limited to:
Establish, manage, maintain, and renew 50+ OEM information technology support purchase agreements including managing addition/removal of equipment on purchase agreements
Manage relationships with government customers, operations, commercial OEM vendor sales, technical, and executive representatives
Respond to customer Incident/Change Management process and coordinate with vendors, operations, and change managers to complete additions, removals, and changes
Manage OEM vendor warranty and maintenance support agreement for IT baseline
Coordinate and conduct meetings with OEM vendors to manage support agreements
Coordinate meetings with customers to manage technical support requirements to completion as primary customer interface
Oversee and prepare Request for Quote (RFQ) packages and approval packages for customer and corporate procurement
Review and quality check incoming quotes from OEM vendors and resolve discrepancies
Ensure vendor compliance with ITAR governance
Oversee and perform records management duties of assigned assets across 2 contracts, 20K+ records, 50+ OEM vendors, and 40+ organizations in accordance with contract deliverables
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual contract, business, procurement, and equipment reports
Coordinate with procurement, business managers, finance, property, operations, and vendors
Prepare purchase requests and changes, additions, and removals
Collect, manage, report, an mitigate End of Service Life (EOSL) status and impacts to customers
Manage list of OEM POCs, vendor field technicians, and mange updates to CMDB
Plan, manage, and coordinate spare parts provided by OEM vendors including managing forward-deployed inventory, on site storage areas and storage lockers at major hub- sites
Coordinate receipt and handling shipment of COCO spares and courier of COCO spares to the other sites as needed with operations and logistics teams
Ensure forward deployed and off-site contractor owned spare parts support operations to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Perform financial analysis and reporting to support program business operations
Responsible for administrative and analytical tasks/reports supporting the program to completion
Lead and/or participate in special projects as required
Requirements:
5+ years of directly related experience in data analysis, project management, supply chain management, project management and vendor relationship management
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint and other tools
Excellent oral/written communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Understanding of computer systems, voice/video systems, and network infrastructure
Desire to exceed customer expectations, desire to advance in one's career, strong commitment to program goals and deliverables. Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic. Experience with this client.
Because of the sensitive nature of the work being done for this government client, all candidates must hold a TS/SCI and Polygraph.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred BA/BS degree in business, project management, information technology or related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
