Perform repairs to automotive body to include disassembly and reassembly,exterior plastic and composite repairs, body part or panel replacement andpreparation for refinish.Key Responsibilities: Review repair order or tracking label to verify workto be performedRemove and replace or restore defective panels and other components asrequiredApply surface coatings following applicable procedures and disposal processesFinish all repairs in accordance with repair order and to customersatisfactionComplete and submit required completed repair documentationFollow all applicable safety and health procedures QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredValid driver s license and safe driving record requiredAbility to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission3 - 5 years of collision and/or mechanical estimating experience required2 - 5 years of customer service experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentEffective verbal communication and customer service skillsGood organizational and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills requiredAbility to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (e.g., tools, equipment, etc.)Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depthperceptionAbility to adjust focusCox is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
