Allwetted parts are moldedETFE components to safely handle a generous range ofcorrosives and solvents up to 250F (121C).The pump line is ideal for mostcorrosive or acidic applications in the Chemical, Specialty Chemical, andSteel industries.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities of the production floor operator include but arenot limited to:Willing to train in and operate any cell in ANSIMAG including plastic weld,powder coat, machining, and rotational liningSet up and operate numerous machine tools to precision tolerances fromblueprints and sketchesComfortable operating CNC Mill (HAAS), CNC Lathe (Okuma/Howa),Manual Mill (Acer), and Manual Lathe (Monarch) for production andprototype harUnderstand G-Code and able to modify and create CNC programsComfortable with use of hand tools, power tools, and overhead hoistsPerforms inspection of product using such equipment as micrometers, dialindicators, surface plate and associated accessories, bench comparators,profilometers, optical comparators, etc. as required to assure complianceSafety orientedMaintain high personal productivity levelPerform other related duties as assigned as well as training other employeeswhen necessaryWork independently to meet customer demands and manage work load of departmentAble to work overtime as neededWorks well with others - small team orientedHave to flex to different areas of production - learn multiple skillsStrive to perform tasks outside of daily expectations to improve processefficiency and safetyEducation:High School diploma or equivalent - trade school, or other secondaryeducation, is a plusJob Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong mechanical aptitude/machine expertiseAbility to read and interpret GDandT, complex engineering drawings, andworking knowledge of shop trigonometryG-code and Gibbs Cam programmingBasic computer skillsProficient with written and spoken EnglishAbility to lift 35 lbsIf you like growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers,you'll enjoy your career with us!Sundyne is an Equal Opportunity employer.
